I was tending my parents shop a sweet summer long ago. It's a building made of large stone slabs, and it stays cool during whatever heatwave comes our way (in the winter it's unliveable cold) and there's a large gate through which you can see the horizon. You see, the slab house is located on an island with only a few millimeters of soil, so no trees can take root. So you can see almost all the way to the sea, wherever you are.

Anyway this EP was made there, waiting for customers to appear, or growing tired of those already there (it's a pottery shop so, you know, lots of "hmmm"s and "aaah"s and no real acknowledgement of the idiot sitting at the counter). This must have been in my "tea" period because a lot of the songs are about tea (secret meanings)
